I’ve been on the sideline rooting for David and Melanie to become parents for YEARS.

We each had our own struggles with infertility and those of us that have gone through that journey automatically share an unspoken bond.

The roller coaster of emotions that it takes you on cannot even be put into words.

What I can say is that when I got the news that their baby girl was on the way, I literally cried tears of joy for them.

I was even more excited when Melanie contacted me and asked me to photograph their precious newborn and capture them together during their first weeks as a family.

I love my job…but these sessions…the ones filled with such love and joy – well, they just make me love what I do even more!

Congratulations David and Melanie… we are so happy for you.
