This family was just too much fun to photograph and there was no way I could narrow down their beautiful photos just for the sake of keeping the blog short!

Wowza! Carly and I have known each other since Kindergarten! I was so excited to finally get the opportunity to photograph her and her beautiful family!  Carly chose a location out near where they live in North Bend that was absolutely stunning! She and Monty are such kind hearted & genuine people. They are seriously so in love with each other, you can’t help but smile to be around them.  It’s adorable.

Their two boys, Pete and Duke, are full of so much personality and spirit. We were also celebrating Duke turning ONE year old! We ended the session with a cake smash for him. It was hands down the most beautiful setting I’ve ever done a cake smash in. It even included a vintage family heirloom high chair and vintage cowboy boots.

We had our fair share of laughs and outtakes trying to shoot this session. But, that is what I love so much about shooting families.. even those less than “picture perfect” moments tell a story about parenthood and all the ages and stages these fleeting childhood years bring to us.
